Information collected
We collect account identifiers, billing and subscription status, business questions, optional context, uploaded files and metadata, report records, support communications, and security or processing events needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, prepare and deliver requested reports, maintain persistent business context, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with law. Submission authorizes analysis for the requested service only; it does not authorize publication or action in outside accounts.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, identity, private storage, payment processing, and analytical processing. They receive information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell customer business evidence.
Storage and security
Files are stored in private, customer- and request-scoped object storage; structured records are maintained separately. Access to customer workspaces is checked against the authenticated account. Current safeguards and limitations are described in the Trust Center.
Retention and deletion
Customers select an evidence-retention window during intake and may permanently delete a request and its stored evidence from the workspace. Limited records may be retained where required for billing, security, backups, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Artificial intelligence
Sclerite may use artificial intelligence and software-assisted analysis to prepare reports. We do not claim human professional review unless it occurred.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of applicable personal information by contacting support@getsclerite.com. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and identity verification may be required.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
