Sclerite Intelligence Service terms

Effective August 31, 2026

Service terms

Sclerite Intelligence is operated by Keith Langstaff in Kansas, United States. Questions may be sent to support@getsclerite.com.

The service

Sclerite provides written, asynchronous business-intelligence reports based on the question, context, and evidence supplied by the customer. The free First Night Business Review includes one focused request. Founding Access includes up to four completed requests per monthly-equivalent cycle for one primary business and one primary market or service area, plus the benefits shown at purchase.

Scope and support

The service is not unlimited consulting, live chat, unlimited uploads, or an open-ended revision engagement. Normal written clarification about a delivered report is included; a materially new question counts as another request. File and storage limits shown during intake apply.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew at $39 each month. Annual subscriptions renew at $390 each year. Customers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where Sclerite does not provide the purchased service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have authority to submit all material, provide accurate context, avoid prohibited or unlawfully obtained data, and independently review recommendations before consequential decisions.

No regulated professional engagement

The service does not establish an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, medical, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship. Obtain qualified advice for regulated matters.

Confidentiality and security

Sclerite applies the controls described in the current Trust Center. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security. Evidence is retained according to the option selected during intake, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

Output limitations

Reports depend on supplied evidence, public-source availability, assumptions, and analytical limitations. Confidence and limitations are disclosed where relevant. Customers remain responsible for business decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Kansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
